For one I've moved the boys back to their bedroom. The four of us squeezing into one bed just wasn't cutting it anymore. I think we are all benefiting. There's less grumpiness when we wake up in the mornings.
I have also started to watch my feeding habits, looked at a few recent pictures of myself and realized i has over done the procrastination of weight loss matters long enough..
So far i have exercised at least 4 times over the past 2 weeks, small but better than my non existent exercise life ;)
Dinner is the next hurdle to cross....
I may start up a food diary/blog.... just saying
I should also begin to read again. I miss those days
